Building Services

Our work includes major refurbishments, basement conversions and loft extensions, all internal and external decoration. We can also provide bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, wooden flooring and lighting.

We provide free quotations and can draw up the project specification if required. We are also happy to price on any specification you may already have.

We have a number of architects and structural engineers we usually work with but are happy to work with any others if previously appointed. If there are any planning issues to be dealt with these would usually be dealt with by the architect but should one not be appointed we are happy to do this on your behalf.

We are fully insured and carry the following policies :

• £10,000,000 – Employers Liability

• £2,000,000 – Public Liability

Safety certificates will be provided for all electrical, structural and gas work, as would Building Control sign off on project completion.

All of our projects are supervised by a site foreman who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have or there is always someone at the end of the phone.

We can also co-ordinate all sub-contractors and suppliers to make sure that the whole process runs smoothly.
