About DSPR
DSPR is a West-London-based building company specialising in complete refurbishment and extension projects. Our knowledge and experience of working on a wide variety of buildings enables us to blend high-quality and specification, whether working on a listed or contemporary building. A number of trades are in house and we have a preferred list of sub-contractors and artisans who we deal with regularly who share our views on standards and service.
Our goal is always repeat business, so the emphasis is to take a long-term view regarding clients. We realise customer service, both during the project and after completion, is of paramount importance in order to achieve this.
By way of references, we are happy to provide e-mail addresses of past and present clients, so you can converse directly regarding the success of our projects. It is also sometimes possible to view past or ongoing projects, but this can only be done with the consent of the property owner.
It is our belief that despite the challenges that can sometimes occur within a project, all things are resolvable, and it is the ethos we employ throughout our projects. We recognise you have a choice and want your next choice to be DSPR.

About Damian Segal
Damian Segal has over 20 years’ experience in property renovations from small scale to the current day larger projects. Damian started in the business in the late 90’s as a tiler’s apprentice. From initially very small projects, he was awarded a 9,000 square foot project in a listed building in 2002, the brief being to change a largely commercial building use into 4 residential units. This was done with the help of a designer and a team Damian employed to complete the project. This was his first experience of managing a large project, and on successful completion, this led to the formation of DSPR in 2004, which still employs a number of the original team.
This background has enabled Damian to gain an extensive knowledge and understanding of the various phases of a project which helps when managing them to a successful conclusion. Damian is involved in all projects, from initial meeting and pricing to planning and ultimately overseeing a highly skilled work force through to project completion.
Regular contact with the onsite foreman and client is an essential part of the process and ensures Damian sees first-hand what is happening on a day to day basis and whether it can be improved upon. To that end we regulate the number of projects we do simultaneously to ensure standards do not drop as we are always striving to ensure the highest standards within both budget and time frame. Damian believes the emphasis should be on customer service and maintaining a good working relationship between client, architect and contractor, which greatly improves the chances of a successful project.
